On 15 January 2010, TJ Morris admitted failing to ensure customer safety, contrary to Section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act, and was fined £4000 with £500 costs.
In August 2007, TJ Morris was ordered to pay a £120,000 fine after a worker was killed when he was hit by an articulated lorry at the company's distribution yard in Gillmoss, Liverpool.
